Your Role

Client communication and international operational processes

Your Responsibilities

  • Take job orders from clients, (including but, not limited to routing shipments, classifying of service type, establishing a deadline and printing the job order)

  • Provide clients with notification and follow-up (including flight and customs delays, proof-of-delivery, charges, problem resolution,)

  • Includes understanding the clients' internal requirements and nuances to better service their needs

  • Report to Air Logistics Aerospace Manager

  • Flexibility to work any shift required

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience

  • 6+ months experience in Air Logistics

  • 1+ year of Customer Service Experience

  • US and World Geography knowledge

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
