Support Services Group Resource Planning Specialist in Hermosillo, Mexico

Support Services Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our organization as a Resource Planning Specialist. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing resource allocation and ensuring the efficient utilization of human resources. This position involves not only developing and maintaining a comprehensive resource allocation strategy but also forecasting key performance indicators (KPIs) that impact staffing to enhance overall organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive resource allocation strategy to meet project and organizational goals.

  2. Collaborate with operational leadership and key stakeholders to understand resource requirements and timelines.

  3. Monitor and analyze resource utilization, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

  4. Create and maintain resource plans, including forecasting future needs and identifying potential bottlenecks.

  5. Work closely with talent acquisition to ensure the alignment of workforce planning with organizational objectives.

  6. Implement and maintain resource planning tools and software to streamline processes.

  7. Generate regular reports on resource utilization, providing insights to inform decision-making.

  8. Identify and propose solutions for resource-related challenges and constraints.

  9. Facilitate communication and coordination between different teams to ensure effective resource sharing.

  10. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in resource planning, including forecasting KPIs that impact staffing.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

  2. Proven experience in resource planning or a related role.

  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  5. Proficiency in using resource planning software and tools.

  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  7. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.

  8. Knowledge of project management principles is a plus.

  9. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
