As Account Manager Safety Diabetes Care South-East you will be the first point of contact for our clinic customers in the South-East region and responsible for the sales of Diabetes Care products.
The position will be responsible for the South East region (Bavaria, Saxony, Thuringia and South Brandenburg) and you will report to the Sales Manager & KAM Safety Products.
This role will require approx. 60 % travelling, 40 % working from home office
Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition, product presentation and sales within a defined customer group.
Development and implementation of an individual sales strategy tailored to the customer
Negotiations with local hospital purchasing departments and purchasing groups
Implementation of market development strategies
Analysing sales figures in order to draw the right conclusions for visit activity, visit frequency and any promotions
Organising product training sessions with specialist staff
Management of relevant market data to support(trends, competitor behaviour, products, services, etc.) central concept development
Supporting embecta's corporate philosophy and promoting cooperation between all customer groups and embecta
Professional experience and qualifications:
You have successful sales experience in the hospital segment or work in a hospital and would like to switch to sales.
Bachelor's Degree is an advantage for this role but not a requirement
Experience in negotiations with hospital purchasers and purchasing groups
A well-developed network of contactsin purchasing departments and specialised departments of the relevant hospital customers
Project management experience
Knowledge of the diabetes sector is an advantage
You are ambitious, results-orientated and ready to take the next step.
Flexibility and adaptability
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce

Als Account Manager Safety Diabetes Care Süd-Ost bist du als erster Ansprechpartner unserer Klinik-Kunden in der Region Süd-Ost für den Vertrieb der Diabetes Care Produkte verantwortlich.
Die Position ist in dem dir zugewiesenen Gebiet (Bayern, Sachsen, Thüringen und Süd-Brandenburg) angesiedelt und du berichtest operativ an den Sales Manager & KAM Safety Products. Du bist eine ehrgeizige, ergebnisorientierte Persönlichkeit und bereit, den nächsten Schritt zu tun.
Zielsetzung und Aufgabenbereich :
Akquise, Produktpräsentation und -Verkauf bei definierten Zielgruppen/Kunden in der Region Süd-Ost (Bayern, Thüringen, Sachsen, Süd-Brandenburg)
Verhandlungen mit dem lokalen Klinikeinkauf und Einkaufsgemeinschaften
Umsetzung der Marktbearbeitungsstrategien
Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer auf den Kunden abgestimmten individuellen Vertriebsstrategie
Analyse der Umsatzzahlen, um daraus die richtigen Schlüsse für die Besuchstätigkeit, die Besuchsfrequenz und etwaige Aktionen zu ziehen
Durchführung von Produktschulungen mit dem Fachpersonal
Regelmäßige Sammlung und Aufbereitung von Marktinformationen (Trends, Mitbewerberverhalten, Produkte, Dienstleistungen, etc.) sowie Einbringen von Ideen zur zentralen Konzeptentwicklung
Unterstützung der Firmenphilosophie von embecta und Förderung der Zusammenarbeit aller Kundengruppen mit embecta
Ca. 60 % Reisetätigkeit, 40 % Home Office
Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation:
Du verfügst über eine erfolgreiche Vertriebserfahrung im Krankenhaussegment oder arbeitest im Krankenhaus und möchtest in den Vertrieb wechseln. Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes, naturwissenschaftliches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
Weitere Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen:
Erfahrungen in Verhandlungen mit Klinikeinkäufern und Einkaufsgemeinschaften
Idealerweise ausbaufähige Kontakte in den Einkaufsabteilungen und Fachabteilungen der relevanten Klinik-Kunden
Kenntnisse im Diabetesbereich von Vorteil
Networking Skills
Flexibilität, Anpassungsfähigkeit in Veränderungsprozessen
Sehr gute Präsentations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
Projektorientiertes Arbeiten
Analytische, konzeptionelle und strategische Arbeits- und Denkweise
Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office sowie Salesforce
Gute Englischkenntnisse
