Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking an Apprentice (12 months) or Intern (6 months) Health Economics & Market Access to located in Issy-Les-Moulineaux from September 2024.

Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a Real World Evidence (RWE) intern position, located in France.

We are seeking a RWE intern to join our Global Value, Analytics & Evidence team and support EMEA Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) activities. The intern will support the execution of HEMA strategies through the development and implementation of HEMA evidence and analytics projects (RWE, data analytics). This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a global, dynamic and collaborative environment. This position reports directly into the Associate Director Global HE Modelling who is based in France, and also closely to the Director RWE EMEA, Global VBHC in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and develop RWE study protocols : Assist in the design and development of RWE study protocols, ensuring alignment with scientific standards

  • Conduct RWE studies : Collaborate with the RWE team to implement studies, including data collection, analysis and interpretation of results

  • Data analysis : Work in R to manage and analyze RWE datasets, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data

  • Literature review : Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to support the development of RWE study

  • Report writing : Contribute to the preparation of study reports, manuscripts and presentation for internal and external partners

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams : Work with colleagues from global, regional and local to ensure the successful execution of RWE projects

Qualifications

Education:

Currently enrolled in a Master's, or equivalent, in biostatistics, epidemiology, health economics or a related field.

Experience and Skills:

  • Proficiency in R or other analytical software

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

  • Proficiency in English, written and verbal
