Corewell Health PA/NP - Pennock Hospital/Thornapple Manor, Corewell Health, Hastings, MI in Hastings, Michigan
The Pennock Hospitalist Team is looking to add an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their hospital medicine practice caring for patients within Thornapple Manor along with every 3rd weekend at Pennock Hospital.
This unique position could be filled by a Physician Assistant or an Acute Care or Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. Experience preferred but not required. Under physician supervision, you will provide medical care to patients of varying type and acuity.

Monday-Friday Thornapple Manor (125 bed SNF) , every 3rd weekend Pennock Hospital (hours variable)
Mentoring from other APPs within the medical group
Connection to the resources as part of the largest health system in Michigan

Qualifications:
Nurse Practitioner:
Required Master's Degree Nurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification after 2000 must show evidence of completion of a master’s, post-master’s or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program that is accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission
3 years of relevant experience current, relevant clinical experience
Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role as a Nurse Practitioner
LIC-Nurse Practitioner (NP) - State of Michigan
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS)
Physician Assistant:
Required Master's Degree Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program
LIC-Physician Assistant - State of Michigan
CRT-Physician Asst Certified (PA-C) - NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
