Job Title: CNC Programmer/Machinist

Job Description

Seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Machinist to operate lathes and mills using MasterCam to meet precise customer specifications. Responsibilities include developing required tool lists and collaborating with purchasing for procurement, programming, setting up, and running small quantity jobs. The role requires making program modifications as needed, reading and interpreting blueprints, and using manual machinery such as lathes, vertical mills, and various cutting tools. The ideal candidate will evaluate experimental procedures and recommend modifications for efficiency, ensure compliance with all quality policies, and communicate effectively with multiple departments to meet customer needs.

Hard Skills

  • MasterCam proficiency

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints

  • Experience with manual machinery (lathe, vertical mill, drill press, etc.)
