JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1st Shift - Painter Location:Brookfield, WI Job Summary: This specific job will be painting the exterior of a building in Brookfield, WI. AIt is anticipated to last for 1-2 days. A Key Responsibilities: - Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed - Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other coatings to walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces - Mix paint colors to match specifications - Operate painting equipment such as sprayers, rollers, and brushes - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards Qualifications: - 1-2 years of experience as a painter in a construction or commercial setting - Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment - Ability to read and interpret paint specifications and color samples - Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work - Willingness to work in a team environment Working Conditions: This is a first shift position, with work hours typically from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The work environment can involve working at heights, exposure to weather elements, and physical demands such as standing, climbing, and lifting. Proper personal protective equipment will be provided.
