ManTech Logistics Technician I in Hanover, Maryland

ManTech is seeking a motivated Logistic Technician professional to join our team in Hanover , MD.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating inbound and outbound logistical operations including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation to ensure sufficient supply of goods and products

  • Perform receiving, shipping and inventory management functions

  • Administers an effective system that meets the organization's inventory control needs through efficient transportation of raw materials, component parts and/or finished goods

  • Entry-level position with limited prior training or relevant work experience

  • Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks

  • Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy

  • Develops skills to perform basic activities in own job

  • Understands how the assigned duties integrate with others in the team

  • Has no supervisory responsibilities

  • Uses existing procedures to solve routine problems; has limited discretion

  • Impacts the accuracy and quality of own work; receives close supervision; duties are clearly defined

  • Uses communication skills and common courtesy

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma and two (2) or more years of experience.

Security Requirements:

  • An Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required; Candidate may be processed for TS/SCI and polygraph pending candidate skills and program requirements

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
