Your responsibilities Support for Buying Team: Assist the buying team with day-to-day operations, including order processing, supplier communication, and data entry. Open Orders Management: Track and manage open orders, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any issues that may arise. Price Management: Assist in the maintenance and updating of pricing information in SharePoint and other systems. Process Documentation: Document procurement processes and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency. Supplier Surveys: Conduct surveys with suppliers to gather feedback and assess performance. Microsoft Office Products: Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to create reports, analyze data, and support procurement activities. Your profile Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering). Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges. Qualifications Previous experience or coursework in procurement or supply chain management.
