Location: Hybrid Home/Office Split - Any site as a base with occasional travel to other Activate Group sites required

Hours: Standard 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

About the role

To carry out daily call and task audits across MRN, Sopp+Sopp, AAR & AGL teams, driving best practice and working closely with the teams to support and add value to the companies continuous improvement plan.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete a set quota of various audits across all Activate Group sites to ensure that process is being adequately followed, KPIs and SLAs are met, and non-conformance and development needs are documented.

  • Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by analysing and reviewing records, reports, operating practices and documentation.

  • Use and complete the audit templates and provide root cause analysis of performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

  • Become the expert for the teams you are responsible for, ensuring you keep up to date with any changes to process or workload.

  • Maintain a good knowledge of all processes and procedures in each department. Attend refresher and update training sessions in order to add and maintain a meaningful audit template.

  • Attend audit calibration sessions once a month to assure you remain consistent with the rest of the team (these sessions will rotate between each site).

  • Any other tasks defined from time to time as required on an ad hoc basis.

Skills and experience

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Good problem-solving skills

  • Pragmatic and analytical thinking

  • Good understanding of operational processes and procedures

  • Excellent time management skills and evidence of self-motivation

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers and partners at all levels.

  • Ability to maintain good interdepartmental liaison in order to improve process and find resolution, for the best outcome for the customer and departmental efficiencies

  • Customer focused attitude and experience

  • Internal or external auditing / quality management (desirable)
