Job Title: Fragrance Lab Technician
Job Description: Join our innovative team as a Fragrance Lab Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in crafting unique and high-quality fragrance formulas. This position involves precise preparation and mixing of various raw materials to ensure homogeneous blends, contributing to our cutting-edge fragrance products.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately prepare and mix fragrance formulas.
Handle a variety of raw materials with precision.
Ensure all mixtures are homogeneously combined.
Utilize pipettes and scales to weigh small quantities accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
Essential Skills:
Minimum of 1 year of laboratory experience.
Proficiency in compounding and pouring techniques.
Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of raw materials used in fragrance formulas.
Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and autonomously.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Familiarity with using pipettes and scales.
Strong work ethic and dedication to quality.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Work Environment:
Work in a dynamic laboratory setting, handling various raw materials and using specialized equipment such as pipettes and scales.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail to ensure the integrity of our fragrance products.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
