    Job Summary

      Reporting to the Technical lead - Infrastructure , the L1 Technical Support Analyst will play a critical role in providing support to the user community in the Gurgaon office and other offices around the globe. He/she will be directly responsible for assisting all Targray employees with daily use of computing resources – hardware and software.

    Responsibilities 

     

  • Support end-user devices and peripherals locally and remotely.

  • Build and deploy laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices, and other related devices.

  • Application software and hardware support, hardware troubleshooting.

  • Manage internal telephone, voice mail and conferencing systems.

  • Provide user-training as required.

  • Help to investigate network and endpoint security-related incidents.

  • Assist in the analysis of business requirements and evaluation of hardware, software and network capabilities and compatibility to determine optimum IT solutions and configurations.

  • Maintain IT asset inventory.

  • Research as needed to resolve end user problems.

  • Document resolutions for future reference.

    Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Information technology (or equivalent).

  • 0-2 years of hands-on user support experience.

  • Be driven, self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and take on new challenges and projects.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in teams.
