Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders to drive technical and product roadmap, prioritize and deliver features within committed time and budget
Lead an engineering team to develop high-quality data pipelines
Offer technical guidance to internal team and business partners
Build and nurture a diverse and inclusive team environment, valuing every member's contribution
Foster both team growth and individual development, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement
Determine impacts, resolve complex issues, and exercise sound judgment and initiative in challenging situations
Promote a culture of innovation and initiative

Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Hands-on data engineering experience, including Azure Cloud, .NET, MS SQL and Kafka
Working experience in Agile environments and follow best practices
Solid analytical skills to interpret data requirements and translate into technical solutions
Passionate about working with people and developing talents, mentoring and building high-performance teams
Proven excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement
Familiarity with DevOps practices, including continuous integration, deployment and monitoring
Proven experience in recruiting and developing teams
