Amazon is looking for a highly skilled Producer to join our éshop studio in Gurugram, Haryana. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, strong communicator, detail-oriented, and highly creative. They should have solid visual culture background and video expertise. A deep understanding of visual culture, video production, virtual production, AI, and emerging content trends is essential for success in this role. This role requires identifying new opportunities and driving projects independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key job responsibilities
• Manage and hire creators, models, crew and on-bay resources across multiple projects
• Own all operational aspects from inception to completion, including:
Creating schedules and timelines
Daily Resource planning
Expense tracking and reconciliation and ensure to remain within planned budgets
• Lead project execution by removing obstacles and preventing production roadblocks
• Build strong relationships with internal and external teams while managing concurrent projects
• Facilitate project meetings (kickoffs, status updates, reviews) to align stakeholders and ensure clear action plans
• Analyze and refine project requirements, even in ambiguous situations, continuously optimizing processes and workflows
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure all produced assets comply with legal and contractual guidelines
• Provide ongoing feedback to creative teams, helping prioritize tasks and maintain alignment with milestones and deadlines.
• Bring experience in managing and delivering high volumes of visual assets to external partners efficiently and effectively
• Manage high-volume visual asset delivery to external partners
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience (5+Years) as Production Producer or Project Manager or in a similar role within a production company, design studio, or in-house creative operations team
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets >$1MM
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
• Experience with talent management and resource scheduling
• Proficiency in database management tools
• Strong understanding of creative production workflows
• Excellence in written and verbal English communication
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in fashion or product photography/videography
• Knowledge of multiple content formats (still, video, 360°, AR/VR)
• Experience with Oracle Financial tools
• Experience with talent scheduling and sample management in e-commerce
• Working knowledge of Oracle Financial tools
• Proven ability to:
