Mississippi Employer Support Care Professional Supervisor in Gulfport, Mississippi
Employer will fill positions based on shift availability.
WORK LOCATION: Long Beach MIN PAY: $33,600.00 Annually 12AM to 8:30AM with rotating days off and at least one weekend off a month. Shift Differential will apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Managerial-level position accountable for the administrative management of a treatment unit. Responsible for setting work schedules, delegating assignments, assigning tasks and evaluating employee performance. Also accountable for establishing employee policies and procedures. Supervises professional staff and supervisors.
Perform the duties of Supervisor-in-Charge in the absence of the Administrative Staff; assure staff coverage and make necessary changes in assignments of staff through shift call; maintain documentation of coverage for the residential buildings; monitor staff to assure adherence to South Mississippi Regional Center and Licensure Agencies Policies and Procedures; maintain staff coverage to assure the program can operate per state and federal regulations; perform daily inspections of the licensed buildings to assure Active Treatment and training is being provided; review and/or investigate accidents/incidents and report to appropriate staff when abuse/neglect is suspected, document all Incident Reports that are called into office daily and other duties as assigned. May work on floor as needed.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Graduation from a standard four-year high school or equivalent (GED); AND 5+ years of related experience with a minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
