We count on you for:

  • Manage a team who analyze maintenance-related OEE in order to correlate production losses with defective equipment and identify potential for improvement.

  • Analyze maintenance costs to identify improvements.

  • Check the quality of the information entered in the SAP system

  • Set up and monitor KPIs related to reliability

  • Track the life cycle cost of assets

  • Define and update criticality analysis of all equipment.

  • Update and revise the frequencies of maintenance plans based on changes in indicators

  • Develop preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance

  • Create and update a list of "Bad Actors"; ensure that the resources dedicated to improvement studies aim to work from the list of "Bad Actors"

  • Organize, carry out failure analyzes

  • Ensure and take the necessary steps to put the defined "critical spare" parts in stock.

  • Ensure that the needs for improved maintenance are in line with the needs of production

  • Ensure that new installations will be maintained with the same policy as that of installed equipment.

  • Assist the technical services manager in preparing the annual maintenance budget

  • Look for opportunities for improvement in production losses and maintenance costs resulting from technical failures

You will bring:

  • Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or related Engineering Discipline

  • Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) preferred, CRL or other relevant reliability certification a plus

  • Should possess a minimum of 5 yrs of experience in manufacturing environment

  • Compliance with HSE requirements and regulations and group policies

  • Experience in implementation of elements of reliability centered maintenance (RCM), including: Predictive and Preventive Maintenance, Root Cause Failure Analysis, Process Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis, Autonomous Maintenance.

  • Experience with SAP PM, KPI performance management

  • Strong leadership and communication skills are necessary to interact with both the technical and operations teams at the site.

  • Must be highly effective in a cross functional environment with the ability to effectively lead cross functional teams that deliver results.

  • Record of continuous improvement within a demanding, top-tier quality and safety, health and environmental culture.

  • Good technical knowledge of industrial equipment regarding best practices (vibration, lubrication, alignment, etc.) and precision maintenance techniques.

  • The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $162,720 to $203,400 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
