Custodian
Job Description
These individuals will be responsible for industrial cleaning of a manufacturing facility. They must expect the environment to be dirty at times. It is a heavy industrial environment, and they will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the industrial facility.
Responsibilities
Floor care
Cleaning and restocking restrooms
Removing trash
Cleaning food and drink spills
Washing windows
Some maintenance or repair work on facilities or grounds
Essential Skills
Housekeeping
Cleaning
Clean up
Sweeping
Mopping
Janitorial duties
Janitorial experience
Ability to stand and walk for the duration of shift
Clean, sanitize, sweep, mop, wipe downs
Additional Skills & Qualifications
General labor within manufacturing, warehouse, construction
General production within manufacturing, warehouse, construction

Work Environment
This position is located inside a massive manufacturing plant. The facility can be mid to high noise depending on the department, and individuals must be able to work amongst this noise level. The environment is climate-controlled, but individuals must be able to handle being exposed to garbage, food and drink spills, and any cleanup you'd find in a garbage. You will be on your feet and walking the entire shift unless operating vehicles.
Shift
This position will be on 3rd shift, with hours from 10:30pm - 7:00am.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greensburg, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
