JOB REQUIREMENTS: Location: Green Bay, WI Shift: 1st Shift Work model: Hybrid Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Job overview: Schneider is seeking a Senior Product Analyst in Green Bay to execute innovation efforts aligned to the organization\'s strategic focus areas. The Senior Product Analyst will develop prototypes to prove out capabilities, provide critical input the business cases and support change management efforts. Responsibilities: Assist in the roll out of projects, helping with planning, changing process and enforcing to-dos. Create and execute process audits. Establish relationships and credibility with other members of the organization, including leaders, to get buy-in on change efforts. Capture and analyze data associated with innovation efforts. Use data to identify opportunity areas. Support workflow efforts, including mapping process to system capabilities and helping prepare for automation. Operate across organizational and technical boundaries to drive common approaches to deliver solutions that support the most efficient and effective way to address business needs. Skills and qualifications: Bachelor degree. Minimum of five years of project-based work. Experience working with cross-functional IT and business teams. Strong critical thinking skills.
