TEKsystems Call Center Supervisor in Grand Rapids, Michigan

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Call Center Supervisor to oversee our call center operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Supervision: Supervise and support call center representatives to ensure high performance.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate call center metrics and individual performance.

  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.

  • Issue Resolution: Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports to management.

  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years in a supervisory role within a call center or customer service environment.

  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in management or customer service is a plus.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with call center software and CRM systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.16 - $19.16/hr.
