Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
Currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor for the 1st shift. The candidate will be required to implement all maintenance activities at the site, ensuring repairs and changes are performed timely and flawlessly. Responsible for planning and supervising all hourly maintenance associates.
Responsibilities
Determine day-to-day priority scheduling and follow up of all maintenance activities and associates performing such work.
Ensure all necessary facilities systems are kept in reliable working condition and meet any required customer or regulatory specifications.
Develop and implement a maintenance associate development plan to ensure training and development of all supervised associates.
Coordinate all planned projects and outages with affected parties.
Ensure all programmed or scheduled activities are completed on time.
Ensure that all housekeeping duties are performed on time.
Maintain a safe working environment.
Take responsibility for Food Safety and Quality within their influence and report any related problems in a timely manner to personnel with authority to initiate action.
Ensure maintenance is kept up and issues are promptly addressed, including compliance with regulatory agencies such as fire and other agencies.
Work under management direction in audits and enforce safety regulations within the site.
Make decisions pertaining to routine maintenance and safe operation of all operating equipment, including heating and cooling systems.
Essential Skills
Experience in maintenance technician roles.
Knowledge of maintenance management and supervision.
Experience in Food and Beverage Manufacturing.
Proficiency in maintenance software and planning.
Expertise in electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical repair, and preventive maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
Ability to supervise and lead teams effectively.
Understanding of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in the food industry is a plus.
Experience in the beverage industry is a plus.

Work Environment
This position is within a Food and Beverage work environment. Hair nets, beard nets, and other protective clothing are required. The work environment may involve wet and/or humid conditions.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Grand Prairie, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
Benefits: The current company health, dental, vision, life and short-term disability insurance coverage will
be available the first (1) day of the month following hire date.
Vacation: We promote a balanced work and home life. After the first of the month following your the date of hire, you will
accrue up to 80 hours of vacation time per year.
Holidays: We offer 9 paid holidays per calendar year, plus one personal/floating holiday.
Retirement Plan: You will be eligible to participate in our 401k plan, which includes an employer match to your
contribution.
