Position Overview: As a member of the Movie Theater Floor Staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant moviegoing experience for our guests. This position requires enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

   • Greet customers warmly and assist with ticket purchases and seating arrangements.
   • Provide information about movie showtimes, ratings, and theater facilities.
   • Address customer inquiries, comments, and concerns promptly and professionally.

2. Concessions:

   • Prepare and serve food and beverages, including popcorn, drinks, and snacks.
   • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately.
   • Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession areas and dining areas.

3. Theater Presentation:

   • Ensure theaters are clean, tidy, and ready for each screening.
   • Monitor auditoriums during screenings to ensure a quality viewing experience.
   • Assist with seating arrangements and accessibility accommodations as needed.

4. Safety and Security:

   • Monitor entrances and auditoriums to ensure guest compliance with theater policies.
   • Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures.
   • Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly.

5. Teamwork and Communication:

   • Collaborate with coworkers to ensure smooth operations and efficient customer service.
   • Communicate effectively with management, coworkers, and customers.
   • Assist in other areas of theater operations as needed, including box office and ushering.

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
