Here to There Home Health Care is seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers to provide in-home care focused on post-operative recovery, companion care, and palliative support. Responsibilities include assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and providing reliable transportation for appointments. For post-op clients, caregivers must be able to lift and transfer as needed to ensure safe mobility. You will play a vital role in creating a comfortable, supportive environment that promotes healing and enhances the well-being of each client. Our hours are flexible given the nature of this business.
