Big Horn Tire, Inc. is your family-owned and operated tire company that has expanded in over three (3) states with five (5) locations. We take pride in our employees, customers, and our ability to provide outstanding quality service for over 60 years. We are currently in search of an individual to lead our Columbus, MT location. Our stores are individually unique and provide you with the flexibility to manage your location that best suites the specific demographics while upholding Big Horn Tires policies and mission. The individual who will best fit this position and our values will posses a strong background in leadership and customer service. This individual will preferably have previous tire knowledge and proven leadership skills. What you will do:The Store Manager plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store. Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the existing customer base. Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment. This position is responsible for improving customer satisfaction and meeting monthly sales goals. In addition to being an excellent communicator, will also demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills. Ensure customer needs are met; complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient. Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability. Forecast staffing needs and develop a recruiting strategy to provide optimal staffing in all areas.
