Job Title: Senior Mobile Software Engineer
Location: Onsite - Georgetown, TX
Job Summary: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mobile Software Engineer with a strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter to join our dynamic technology team. As a key member of our mobile development team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our mobile applications, ensuring they deliver a seamless and engaging user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of mobile applications using Dart and Flutter.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other engineers, to create user-friendly and visually appealing mobile experiences.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile development, particularly within the Dart/Flutter ecosystem, and incorporate them into the development process.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of mobile applications.
Collaborate with the QA team to develop testing strategies and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and workflows.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Dart and Flutter.
Proven experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining mobile applications on both Android and iOS platforms.
Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
Solid understanding of state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other mobile development frameworks and languages (e.g., Swift, Kotlin, React Native).
Knowledge of backend technologies and frameworks.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile app deployment processes.
Experience with automated testing and test-driven development (TDD).
