Job Title: Senior Mobile Software Engineer

Location: Onsite - Georgetown, TX

Job Summary: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mobile Software Engineer with a strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter to join our dynamic technology team. As a key member of our mobile development team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our mobile applications, ensuring they deliver a seamless and engaging user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of mobile applications using Dart and Flutter.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other engineers, to create user-friendly and visually appealing mobile experiences.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.

  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile development, particularly within the Dart/Flutter ecosystem, and incorporate them into the development process.

  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

  • Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of mobile applications.

  • Collaborate with the QA team to develop testing strategies and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Dart and Flutter.

  • Proven experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining mobile applications on both Android and iOS platforms.

  • Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.

  • Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.

  • Solid understanding of state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.

  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and practices.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other mobile development frameworks and languages (e.g., Swift, Kotlin, React Native).

  • Knowledge of backend technologies and frameworks.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile app deployment processes.

  • Experience with automated testing and test-driven development (TDD).
