Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Team Leader/Manager t o lead our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the workload of the team, overseeing additional projects, developing recruitment strategies, maintaining effective communication with various business units, and managing recruiters leading recruitment processes across multiple regions including Morocco, CEE (Central and Eastern Europe), Nordics, Benelux, and France.

Talent Acquisition Team Leader/Manager

Responsibilities

Team Management:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the Talent Acquisition team.

  • Assign and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of recruitment activities.

  • Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth and development.

  • Conduct performance evaluations, and 121 meetings and provide constructive feedback.

  • Address any performance issues or escalations within the team in a timely and effective manner.

Workload management:

  • Manage the workload of the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.

  • Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline recruitment workflows.

  • Monitor team performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.

Recruitment strategy:

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing plans.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between the Talent Acquisition team and various business units.

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their requirements and priorities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of recruitment efforts with organizational goals.

Project Management:

  • Lead and participate in additional projects related to talent acquisition initiatives.

  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition in a leadership or managerial role.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience managing remote teams or teams across multiple regions is preferred.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages relevant to the regions of responsibility is a plus.
