Best Western of Gaylord is looking to fill a part time Front Desk position for the afternoon shift.
Front Desk Responsibilities:
- Greet, register and assign rooms to guests
- Issue room keys
- Make and confirm reservations
- Verify customers' payment for the accommodation
- Keep records of room availability
- Review accounts and charges with guests during the check out process
- Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services and guest registration
