Actalent Root Cause Engineer in Garner, North Carolina

Description:

As a Root Cause Engineer, Customer Operations, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues that impact product quality and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate complex problems, develop corrective actions, and implement preventative measures. Your expertise in problem-solving and data analysis will be crucial in driving continuous improvement and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).

• 3+ years of experience in root cause analysis, quality engineering, or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of RCA tools and methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.

• Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is preferred.

• Must meet the requirements to possess a valid travel passport.
