Job Description
We are seeking 2nd Shift Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to join our team.
The company manufactures custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies, ranging from the simple to the extremely complex.
We will train individuals with great attitudes and a capacity for learning.
No lifting requirements are involved.
While we do not expect new hires to 'hit the ground running,' we are looking for individuals with aptitude, capability, and drive.
Candidates must be willing to train and learn new skills, as it takes about one year to become fully trained on our products and processes.
You will learn a lot working here! A trainer will be on-site to certify the team to IPC-620 class III standards.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Garden Grove, California.
Work Environment:
Climate controlled environment (Air Conditioned).
The facility is very clean and manufactures high-performance cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, and interconnect systems built to function reliably under harsh conditions.
Most of the cable assemblies produced are used for aerospace or defense applications, including SpaceX rockets, Virgin Orbit, and Armored Military vehicles.
The company currently has 85 employees and is growing to over 130 next year.
