Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Gallatin, Tennessee

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for correcting mechanical and hydraulic equipment issues and all production machinery. Your duties will include troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical problems including 480v, 3 phase motors, proximity switches, relays, and sensors. You will also run wire, rewire circuits, and change out and replace faulty parts. Your role extends to maintaining, adjusting, and/or repairing manufacturing and facility equipment in a heavy stamping environment.

Skills

  • Ability to read schematics and identify electrical symbols

  • Experience with 480v motors, hydraulic and pneumatic machinery

  • Skilled in troubleshooting equipment issues, changing out parts, working with circuits, and performing preventative maintenance

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Gallatin, Tennessee.
