Location: Gages Lake, IL

Salary Range: $55,000-$70,000 annually based on experience (paid weekly for 52 weeks!)

About the Role:

The role is focused on supporting a school district in Gages Lake with their social work needs including:

-Provide push-in and pull out services

-Collaborate with teachers and other related services providers to implement modifications and strategies that will support student success

-Provide and document direct/consult therapy minutes as required on each studentsā€™ IEP

-Maintain appropriate records relating to student files and goal tracking

  • Attend IEP and team meetingsĀ 

-Provide support to members of the IEP team and caregivers in the areas of social and emotional development
