General Summary
The Real Inventoried Property Equipment Specialist or Real Inventoried Property Equipment Technician position will be identifying different types of equipment and determining the operating condition of the equipment. They will assist in gathering any information need for data transfers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform RPIE inventories of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for identified facilities and buildings.
Input captured RPIE information into designated software and upload it into the client’s system.
Review as-built plans to identify and verify inventory information.
Possess a thorough understanding of real property systems to accurately assess and validate existing RPIE.
Work collaboratively within a team environment to develop consistent approaches to Quality Control processes.
Provide weekly and monthly reports to the client on the status of RPIE inventory, including updates and any discrepancies found.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements
Ability read and identify different type of equipment.
Ability to read and identify blueprints to determine location of equipment.
Ability to physically walk, stand, crawl and move around in a multitude of spaces.
Ability to understand spreadsheets
Ability to identify different types of building equipment for various trades.
Work Experience
- 1-3 years experience
Education, Licenses and Certification
Required:
- High School Diploma
