Principal Accountabilities
Complete monitoring / verifying knowledge of two or more TS monitoring area(s)
SOP training sign off for general TS training and for all monitoring checks in two or more area(s)
Competency Training - Acceptable direct observation per SOP training Sign off
Other duties assigned
Required Qualifications
Ability to speak, read, and write in English
Must have Microsoft Excel Skills
Able to lift, pull, and push 40 pounds
Have the flexibility and availability for shift coverage based on business needs
Preferred Qualifications
Past food safety/quality experience in the processing industry
Leadership experience in a processing facility environment
