Office Manager

$32-$38/HR- DOE

Key Responsibilities:

Office management such as lobby, breakroom, meeting room, digital displays, office supplies, etc. HR related function such as hiring, orientation, insurance, employee management, travel management, Plan and coordinate all installations telecommunications, electrical devices, etc.The candidate will work closely with the city, counties and state in filing and securing facilities unfractured permits. The candidate will work closely across varies function such as: architects, general contractors, facilities engineering, and other functions as required.

Requirements: Degree in business, marketing, e-commerce or media, HR, electrical, IT admin, recruiting or HR admin.IT proficient in Microsoft 365 business account management. Office management experience HR management experience a plus. Positive outlook, professional demeanor, with a strong work ethic, that includes attendance, organization, accuracy, attention to detail and discretion. Minimum 5 years of office, HR admin, or IT admin experience. Working with customers/suppliers in Asia in later afternoon/evening hours.
