Description

Position Summary: The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our business-to-business (B2B) clients. This role involves addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining a positive rapport with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Understand client needs and ensure they are met with appropriate solutions.

  • Scheduling technician to service their equipment on a regular basis, and recommending appropriate maintenance

  • Issue Resolution:

  • Handle client inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Investigate and resolve client issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

  • Order and Account Management:

  • Process client maintenance schedules accurately and efficiently.

  • Manage client accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service.

  • Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, and email.

  • Provide clients with regular updates on their service and any relevant changes.

  • Prepare and present reports on client interactions, feedback, and service levels.

  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the client experience.

  • Provide feedback to management on recurring client issues and potential solutions.

  • Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

  • Ability to de-escalate situations

  • This is an onsite role in Fremont, 5 days per week, 7.30am to 4.30pm
