About the role
We are seeking highly motivated and technically competent Senior Systems Engineers, looking to make their mark on some of the most high-profile and strategically critical Australian Defence Industry programs.
Your role will be as dynamic as it is challenging. Daily your activities can range from mentoring and guiding junior engineers, to conducting ship inspections and collaborating with your direct customers. You will leverage your engineering SME prowess to develop requirements, design documents & test procedures and providing crucial technical input to business development efforts.
Qualifications and Experience
To perform this role and fully leverage the opportunities that L3Harris will provide, applicants will ideally have:
Systems Engineering at a senior technical capacity
Experience managing/mentoring engineers
A Defence industry background or exposure
Proficiency in developing specifications, requirements, design, and test procedures
