Community Health Systems Change Management Analyst in Franklin, Tennessee

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Change Management Analyst to support organizational change initiatives by driving adoption, minimizing resistance, and ensuring successful transitions. This role will work closely with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to implement structured change management strategies that align with business goals.

Essential Functions

  • Support the design and execution of change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and communications.

  • Develop and implement training programs, materials, and support resources to drive adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies.

  • Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to identify potential risks and resistance, providing recommendations for mitigation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of change initiatives across departments.

  • Track and analyze change adoption metrics, gathering feedback to improve change strategies and ensure business objectives are met.

  • Act as a change advocate, fostering a culture of agility and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, HR, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or related roles.

  • Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter) is preferred.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with change impact analysis, training development, and engagement strategies.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
