Part Time Seasonal - Sales Support Representative Temporary Position - December 2024 thru March 2025 - Assisting Sales Support Representatives with product resets. Opportunity to apply for FT employment after the temporary position is completed. Position Summary Reset Specialist responsibilities include placing products, arranging shelves, counters, and other structures, and establishing the layouts of stores. They work with customers to improve their existing arrangements and restock products to Brand and Company standards. Here are some of the typical daily responsibilities of the Reset/Sales Support Associate/Representative/Specialist: Essential Functions Plan, report and review merchandising planograms, product displays and store layouts Build and install shelving according to planograms and order supplies as needed Move, stack and rearrange products on store shelves Adhere to schematic requirements and compliance regulations when stocking shelves Communicate with store personnel about tasks, marketing/signage and CDA requirements Assemble POS displays and stage with warehouse for delivery Maintain POS warehouse and vehicles Skills Required Organization: It's the job of Reset Specialist to organize shelves, areas and products in a way that's clear and appealing for customers. Their work enables customers to understand a store layout, navigate the store easily and find products efficiently. Problem-solving:Reset Specialist often help businesses re-arrange their merchandising to increase sales and improve other business areas. It's helpful when they can assess a store's current situation, identify issue areas, and develop and implement effective merchandising solutions. Communication:Reset Specialist are responsible for adhering to client demands when performing merchandising, so it's important they can practice active listening andcommunication skills when interacting with clients. It's also necessary for them to convey instructions, plans and goals to store staff in a clear, understandable way. Attention to detail:Reset Specialist work with many products every day, but it's still essential that they can pay close attention to detail. This enables them to ensure all products are set to Company brand flow and standards. Design: A significant component of reset merchandising is designing product displays that are visually appealing to customers. It's beneficial if those in this role can use design principles and artistic styles to capture the attention of audiences, excite them about products and encourage them to make purchases. Education Level High School degree, GED or equivalent degree required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business preferred. Experience 1-3 years of previous retail management experience. 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience. Computer Skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Certificates & Licenses Have or obtain a valid Class "A" CDL (within a 6 months) Additional Requirements Knowledge of: grocery and beverage industry; sales Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds manually and up to 2000 pounds mechanically.
