Zoom is our casual urban restaurant for multi-cultural tastes. Here we serve good food and focus on combining regional and global ingredients. Our food is small on effort and big on enjoyment!
You are responsible for the preparation of dishes with fresh products for our restaurant and banquet and prepare your mise en place
You make creative suggestions for the menu and banquet menu
You support the induction of new employees and trainees
You are jointly responsible for product and goods control and ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines

Qualifications:

You have completed vocational training as a chef and are enthusiastic about modern, creative cuisine and high-quality food
You enjoy working with fresh products, implementing new ideas and concepts and contributing your own ideas
You see yourself as a service provider and have a high level of customer orientation and quality awareness
You have good communication skills in German and English
