Bavarian Inn Lodge Ratskeller Supervisor in Frankenmuth, Michigan
Assists the Ratskeller Manager in daily functions of the Fun Center. Orders Ratskeller stock for inventory, trains employees, assists with documentation of performance of employees for reviews and evaluations, upholds all policies of the Lodge. Ensures guest satisfaction and safety, security of all monies and inventories. Motivates employees, experiments with new serving techniques, ideas and menu items, ensures cleanliness of all public, preparation and storage areas and items.
