REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 04/03/2025-11/30/2025. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 8 hours per day. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 0 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires the ability to lift 80 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling.
JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. On farms, the Farm Maintenance Helper will be responsible for assisting in the repair, maintenance, and installation of farm equipment and projects including but not limited to water lines, feed lines, cool cells, heaters, floors for livestock, curtains, and gates and crates. Perform duties including examining and tending to farm equipment, machinery, components and parts to ensure safe, proper and efficient operation; using hand or power tools, adjust, connect/disconnect wiring, piping, tubing or other parts; disassemble defective or broken equipment; assist with and facilitate repairs; reassemble equipment once repairs completed to ensure proper functioning; assist skilled workers by holding tools, parts, equipment or supplies; clean equipment, machinery and tools as well as apply lubricants as necessary; and using hand and power tools, assemble and maintain physical structures.
