Description We are inviting applications for the role of Administrative Coordinator to join our team based in FORT WAYNE, Indiana, 46845-1279, United States. In this role, you will be the primary interface with clients, assessors, committee members, and staff, ensuring the smooth execution and delivery of accreditation and assessment services. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the scheduling, pre- and post-assessment activities, ensuring adherence to ISO/IEC 17011.

• Play a pivotal role in the assessment process, communicating effectively with client contacts, staff, assessment team members, and decision-makers.

• Contribute actively to Operations Unit meetings.

• Manage data/records related to the assessment process.

• Handle new CAB application workflows, including processing and approvals.

• Participate in the review of applications and formation of assessment teams, where applicable.

• Arrange meetings and appointments, oversee projects, and carry out research.

• Comply with Operations Unit and company-wide metrics in performing duties.

• Participate in internal audits and external evaluations of the organization by third parties.

• Address internal management system findings, including immediate correction, cause analysis, and corrective action related to operations.

• Travel overnight occasionally as required by the job.

Skills

• Expertise in Customer Service, Project Scheduling, Scheduling, and Project Tracking.

• Proficiency in using Database, and Processing Expense Reports. Requirements • Proven experience in Customer Service, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Project Scheduling, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong organizational skills, with a focus on effective Scheduling to ensure smooth operations.

• Experience in Project Tracking, with the ability to monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.

• Familiarity with Database management, ensuring the efficient and secure storage of data.

• Ability to Process Expense Reports, with attention to detail and a strong understanding of financial processes. TalentMatch®
