Account Executive - Service SalesCM3 Building Solutions, a member of Daikin Group, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional as a Services Sales Account Executive in our Building Automation and HVAC Services division. We seek a motivated, technical professional to help expand our customer base throughout the East/Central PA, NJ, and DE areas.A regional leader in deploying building technologies, CM3 provides complete building automation, optimization, energy, security, HVAC, and communications solutions to commercial, industrial, institutional, and government facilities. Our Building Automation/ HVAC Service group deploys a variety of building automation and HVAC equipment types and manufacturers for new construction, repair, replacements, and retrofits. Small enough to give individualized attention to our employees yet large enough to be a major player in the markets we serve, CM3 values your hard work, integrity, and commitment to make things better, and we put people first by offering you benefits that support your life and well-being.Essential Functions:Manage and grow assigned territory or group of accounts through the sale of CM3’s product offerings, focused primarily on Building Automation and HVAC Service Sales.Develop sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for Building Automation and HVAC service contracts, repairs, retrofits, and system expansions.Identify and target new customers through prospecting, sales leads, referrals, and networking.Actively travel throughout assigned territory visiting existing customer base and new customer targetsDevelop long-term relationships and build partnerships with the customersConduct customer needs assessments, cost estimates, and sales proposals that provide tailored solutionsCollaborate with customers for future budget planningUse Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool for maintaining sales pipeline, customer activity, and business planningMonitor market trends and attend training as needed to maintain industry expertiseCollaborate with internal staff to maintain knowledge of current products and servicesProvide customers with superior value and serviceExperience & QualificationsMust be self-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectivesStrong interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to influence customers throughout the purchase processWillingness to drive to customer/prospect locations throughout the assigned territory within PA, NJ, and/or DE.Excellent writing, communication & presentation skills.Microsoft Office SuiteExperience in Building Automation and/or HVAC Mechanical Equipment - either in a service or sales role - is strongly preferred.Education/ExperienceHigh school diploma/GED equivalent plus 4+ years of Building Automation or HVAC sales or services experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of technical and/or sales experienceWork Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable)Criminal Background Check, PA Child Welfare, and FBI fingerprinting clearance required; other clearances as required by state/districts of job sitesDMV checkPre-employment drug screening and random drug testing during employmentAAP/EEO StatementCM3 Building Solutions, Inc. is an affirmative action employer and does not consider disability, color, gender identity, genetic information, military or veteran status, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age 40 and over, or any other applicable status protected by state or local law, in any employment decision.
