Job Title: Production Supervisor
Job Description
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for achieving productivity, efficiency, customer service, cost, quality, safety, and employee engagement objectives. This role involves providing direction, leadership, development, and support to direct reports through empowerment, teamwork, on-the-job assignments, and continuous improvement projects and initiatives. You will also develop, implement, and promote safety programs and safe work practices, promote sound employee relations, and enforce company standards and safety regulations. Key responsibilities include setting objectives, enforcing safety and sanitation regulations, addressing food safety concerns, overseeing employee activities, inspecting materials and products, ensuring equipment safety, managing production output, suggesting efficiency improvements, training new employees, managing payroll for direct reports, resolving equipment repair needs, and handling employee concerns and complaints.
