Honeywell Sr Program Specialist - Productivity Solutions & Services in Fort Mill, South Carolina
As a Sr. Program Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating programs within the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution and delivery of programs, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise in program management and your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will contribute to the overall success of the organization. You will report directly to our Program Manager and you'll work out of our Fort Mill, SC location on a hybrid work schedule. Note: New hires will report onsite M-F for the first 90 days.
In this role, you will impact the team by effectively managing programs and driving results. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that enhance the safety, sustainability, and productivity of our customers' operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Develop and implement program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Monitor program progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program delivery
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to provide program updates and address concerns
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management processes and practices

YOU MUST HAVE
5+ years of experience in program/project management or a related field
Proven track record of successfully delivering programs on time and within budget
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience with Salesforce and SAP
Experience in the industrial automation industry
Knowledge of program management tools and methodologies
