Pike Corporation Administrative Assistant-Contract Compliance in Fort Mill, South Carolina
Position Summary: As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our Legal and Risk Department by specifically aiding our subcontractor compliance team. The assistant will be responsible for a myriad of task to include, but not limited to, maintaining databases, providing purchase orders, and supporting various administrative projects.
Essential Functions:
Input purchase orders and agreements into Quickbase.
Maintain Subcontractor compliance into third-party risk management platform- Avetta.
Manage network database for all certificates of insurance and agreements.
Support legal and risk management leadership with administrative projects.
Assist in the maintenance and creation of ad hoc reports.
Ability to organize, plan, and communicate effectively.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma Required. Associate or Undergrad Degree Preferred
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
Mastery of general office procedures and techniques; ability to update skills on a continual basis.
Excellent typing and data entry skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to recognize and maintain confidential information.
Superior verbal and written communication, including grammar, composition, editing and proofreading.
Strong organizational skills; able to organize and prioritize workflow; ability to manage multiple activities and projects, often with competing deadlines, and follow up on projects through completion, with an exceptional attention to detail.
Knowledge of QuickBase, Avetta, or other contract data bases is preferred.
Experience in the electric utility industry is a plus.
