JOB DESCRIPTION: Commvault is excited to offer a three-year rotational Sales Development Program designed to provide university graduates with an accelerated, integrated, and well-rounded introduction to inside sales. This program emphasizes long-term sustainable value creation for our business and offers participants a unique combination of technical and experiential learning. Program Details: The Sales Development curriculum is tailored to align with the current and future needs of Commvault's Velocity sales business. Participants will engage in three rotational assignments: Sales Development Representative (SDR), Velocity Account Manager, and Velocity Account Executive. Each role provides invaluable experiences and learning opportunities under the guidance of senior sales leaders. The program is structured to accelerate development, enable participants to make real and lasting contributions to the company, and build a robust network of peers. This role requires being on site in the office in Fort Lauderdale 4 days per week, WFH Fridays* What you'll do... Three-Year Rotational Assignments: Engage in hands-on roles across our sales functions, gaining comprehensive exposure and skills. Mentorship and Sponsorship: Receive guidance and support from experienced sales leaders dedicated to your personal and professional growth. Educational Background: Recent university graduate, preferably with 6 months to 1 year of sales internship experience. Passion for Sales: Demonstrated desire to build a career in sales with a focus on customer engagement and achieving business results. Organizational Experience: Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is advantageous. Sales and Business Acumen: Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and an understanding of business dynamics. Communication Skills: Exceptional listening skills, coupled with the adaptability and aptitude to learn quickly. Project/Program Management: Ability to manage projects with a keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
