Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in the high tech engineering industry, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The role involves supporting preconstruction administration duties, managing various projects, and handling data entry tasks. This opportunity offers contract-to-hire employment.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting in the management of projects and ensuring their accurate entry into the system.
• Handling data entry tasks efficiently and ensuring the accuracy of records.
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for managing and working with spreadsheets.
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars as required.
• Answering inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service.
• Corresponding via email, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Utilizing various Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Providing ad-hoc administrative support as required.
Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative assistant role or similar
• Proven ability in answering inbound calls in a detail oriented manner
• Demonstrable customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
• Proficient in data entry, with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent email correspondence skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and in a detail oriented manner
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, managing customer queries and providing information as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets, use formulas, and generate reports
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing calendars
• Skilled in using Microsoft PowerPoint to create presentations and reports
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, able to create, format, and edit documents
• Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings efficiently TalentMatch®
