Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for data entry of accounting transactions, including accounts payable invoices. Daily tasks include going through invoices to assist with the validation process, ensuring that all dates, amounts, and other details are accurate. You will conduct a 3-way match process and enter updated invoices into Opentext or SAP. Furthermore, you will process accurate and timely payments to suppliers through checks, ACH, and wires, and handle communication with vendors regarding discrepancies or updates needed. Additionally, you will answer basic inquiries from internal and external customers regarding transactional issues.

Work Site
