The Readiness Training Registrar will serve as a member of a CACI Operations Support and Services contract team supporting Air Education and Training Command (AETC). Duties will be performed under Second Air Force’s (2 AF) 602nd Provisional Group at Ft. Bliss in El Paso, Texas.

More About the Role:

  • Provides logistical support (reception, accountability, bed down, onward movement) to United States Air Force (USAF) Airmen attending US Army provided Combat Skills Training (CST), to include but not limited to:

  • Coordinating student transportation to and from Ft Bliss

  • Verifying student adherence to reporting instructions (e.g., brought required gear)

  • Providing personnel support for students before and during training

  • Assists government training liaison with:

  • Coordination and integration with mobilization brigade staff.

  • Coordination of future training requirements with transportation, facilities, training staff, dining facility, medical staff, and applicable Air Force and Army installations

  • Will use multiple software-platforms including, but not limited to:

  • AFFORGEN Connect

  • Force Generation Reporting Instruction Tool (FGRIT)

  • Military Personal Data System (MilPDS)

  • Oracle Training Administrator (OTA)

  • Air Force Personnel Accountability and Assessment System (AFPASS).

  • Serves as 2 AF military training subject matter expert – including registrar functions (student administration).

  • Assists 2 AF in ensuring all training is conducted in accordance with geographic combatant command, USAF, and AETC established policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current SECRET U.S. Government security clearance or ability to acquire a SECRET clearance.

  • Military training experience including registrar functions (student scheduling and administration) or aircrew scheduling.

  • Previous military deployment experience.

  • The demonstrated capacity to serve as a professional team player.

  • Knowledge and understanding of military rank structure.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail skills.

  • Working knowledge of as many of the following systems as possible:

  • AFFORGEN Connect

  • Force Generation Reporting Instruction Tool (FGRIT)

  • Military Personal Data System (MilPDS)

  • Oracle Training Administrator (OTA)

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree desired.

  • USAF or Army deployment experience.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$63,700 - $134,000
