Washington State Department of Natural Resources Product Sales Contract Specialist in Forks, Washington
Product Sales Contract Specialist, (CS1) Relocation Compensation may be available and considered Salary: $4,093.00 - $5,501.00 Monthly
Responsibilities:
- Prepares and processes timber sale review documents and advertising materials.
- Independently ensures accurate and complete timber sale finance account management.
- Responsible for monthly invoicing and processing of payments for all timber sales within the assigned district.
- Facilitates all aspects of the contract process.
*Required Qualifications: *
- A Bachelor's degree involving major study in business administration, public administration, business law, commerce, economics, mathematics, statistics, or closely allied field AND one year of experience in negotiating, administering, or terminating contracts, contract property management, contract cost or price analysis, contract compliance administration or natural resource business or public administration field involving contract management; OR A combination of education and/or experience equivalent.
- Ability to write clearly and effectively; interpret contract terms, requirements, and conditions; represent the agency in coordination and negotiation with other governmental agencies and private industry; recognize desirable contract terms and provisions; identify areas and incidents of non-compliance with existing contracts.
- Ability to demonstrate positive customer service skills.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
